How We Collect and Use Information
“Personal Information” means information that specifically identifies an individual (such as a name, address, telephone number, mobile number or e-mail address) or other information about that individual that is directly linked to Personal Information, including financial information of such individual. Personal Information does not include “aggregate” information, or in other words, data collected about the access or use of the Vueit Service by the Vuers and anonymous data related to the Vuers. Personal Information does not include any information displayed in your public profile on the Vueit Service, or which is otherwise publicly available. Any information you provide in your public profile can be viewed by all other Vuers and is not Personal Information.
We collect and store information (including Personal Information) that is voluntarily supplied to us by you when registering for, or using, the Vueit Service. You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but by doing so, you may not be able to take advantage of certain features and functionality of the Vueit Service.
Certain Personal Information, as indicated below, must be supplied during the registration process in order to (a) enable you to log in and pay for the Vueit Service and (b) guard against potential fraud. The Personal Information required during registration includes:
- Your first and last name;
- Your email address;
- Your mobile phone number;
- Your date of birth;
- Your physical address including city, state, country, zip or postal code;
- Your gender; and
- Your payment/credit card information (this information will not be stored by Vueit, but by a third-party payment processor).
Information We Collect About Vuers
We automatically track certain information based upon your use of the Vueit Service. We use this information on our Vuers’ demographics, interests, and behavior to better understand, protect and serve you and our community and to provide our Vuemakers with a better understanding of their Vuers.
- Log Files
Like many online services, we automatically gather certain information about our Vueit Service traffic and store it in log files. This information includes Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We use this information, which does not identify individual Vuers, to analyze trends, to administer the Vueit Service, to track Vuers’ movements around the Vueit Service and to gather demographic information about our Vuer base.
If you reject cookies, you may still use the Vueit Service, but your ability to use some areas of the Vueit Service may be limited.
Communication from Vueit or the Vueit Service or the Vuemakers
- Subscription-Related Communications
Depending on your subscription with us, you may receive text, video, photo, SMS, voicemail, email, and other communications from us, any Vuemakers you have subscribed to, or third party service providers, in each case in connection with such subscription. If you do not wish to receive them, you will need to remove or cancel your account.
- Service-Related Announcements
We will send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email. Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature.
We will communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide and/or confirm the services you requested, and to manage your account. You may contact customer service at email@example.com.

- Provision of Service
We may, with your consent, share Personal Information about you.

Vueit works with a number of trusted partners that perform vital functions as part of our operations, including electronic payment service providers and content delivery service providers. Our partners are legally required to keep your information private and secure.
- Aggregate Information (Non-Personally Identifiable)
We may share aggregated demographic information about our Vuer base with our affiliates and our Vuemakers. This information does not identify individual Vuers.

We reserve the right to disclose your Personal Information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights; to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on us or the Vueit Service; or in connection with an actual or proposed corporate transaction or insolvency proceeding involving all or part of the business or asset to which the information pertains.

The Vueit Service may contain links to other websites that are not owned or controlled by the Company. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy policies of such other websites. If your Personal Information changes, or if you no longer desire the Vueit Service, you may correct, update, delete or deactivate it by making the change on your account page or by emailing our Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please keep in mind that whenever you voluntarily make your Personal Information or other private information available for viewing by third parties online, that information can be seen, collected and used by others besides us. We cannot be responsible for any unauthorized third-party use of such information.
The security of your Personal Information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information on our registration or order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).
We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
