Privacy Policy

The Vueit Service and related websites, domains and applications (collectively, the “Vueit Service”) are operated by Vueit Technology, LLC, a Texas corporation (“Vueit,” “we,” or “us”).  This Privacy Policy describes how we use and collect your information.  Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning set forth in your Terms of Use with us.

This Privacy Policy covers only information that is collected through the Vueit Service and does not cover websites to which we link.

How We Collect and Use Information
In general, we collect Personal Information (as defined below) in order to verify your identity; deliver the Vueit Service; help us provide and upgrade the features, functionality and user experience; enforce our Terms of Use, and manage our business.  We will retain your Personal Information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide you with the Vueit Service. “Personal Information” means information that specifically identifies an individual (such as a name, address, telephone number, mobile number or e-mail address) or other information about that individual that is directly linked to Personal Information, including financial information of such individual.  Personal Information does not include “aggregate” information, or in other words, data collected about the access or use of the Vueit Service by the Vuers and anonymous data related to the Vuers.  Personal Information does not include any information displayed in your public profile on the Vueit Service, or which is otherwise publicly available.  Any information you provide in your public profile can be viewed by all other Vuers and is not Personal Information.

We collect and store information (including Personal Information) that is voluntarily supplied to us by you when registering for, or using, the Vueit Service. You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but by doing so, you may not be able to take advantage of certain features and functionality of the Vueit Service.

  • Your email address;
  • Your mobile phone number;
  • Your date of birth;
  • Your physical address including city, state, country, zip or postal code;

Information We Collect About Vuers
We automatically track certain information based upon your use of the Vueit Service.  We use this information on our Vuers’ demographics, interests, and behavior to better understand, protect and serve you and our community and to provide our Vuemakers with a better understanding of their Vuers.

  1. Log Files
    Like many online services, we automatically gather certain information about our Vueit Service traffic and store it in log files.  This information includes Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.  We use this information, which does not identify individual Vuers, to analyze trends, to administer the Vueit Service, to track Vuers’ movements around the Vueit Service and to gather demographic information about our Vuer base.
  2. Cookies
    By using the Vueit Service, you are agreeing to and consenting to allow Vueit and our affiliates to send cookies to your computing device in order to uniquely identify your browser and improve the quality of our services.  A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s computing device for record-keeping purposes.  We use cookies in connection with the Vueit Service.  This Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies by the Vueit Service only and does not cover the use of cookies by any third parties.

If you reject cookies, you may still use the Vueit Service, but your ability to use some areas of the Vueit Service may be limited.
